An opportunity has arisen for an experienced chef to join the Clovelly Country Club management team. Clovelly has a large active member base and is one of the busiest 18-hole golf courses in South Africa. The Head Chef will work closely with the Club Operations Manager in maintaining an efficient and cost-effective food offering and experience for all members and guests across all outlets (halfway, bar/restaurant, and functions).Oversees the planning of all food offerings, and ordering of all stock required for these operations, ensuring efficient stock controls are in place throughout the supply chain, to meet the Club’s targeted gross and net profit targets. Provides active and consistent support to the Club Operations Manager in carrying out related tasks, from time to time fulfilling a “manager on duty” role.
