Position Summary
The PVI Food and Beverage Manager is responsible to maximize sales turnover and revenue by consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations, fostering employee engagement, and maintaining a strong focus on quality and efficiency. Ensure continual improvement on guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing financial performance in all areas of responsibility.
Plan, direct and oversee the overall operations of the restaurant and related services and administration for smooth & exceptional guest experience & service. Manage FOH managers and restaurant services & functions and oversee daily operations in the restaurant through meticulously looking after the restaurant clients, operations in a timely manner and efficiently resolving any problems, queries or deviation from normal operations for clients and staff.
When necessary, must escalate queries to relevant directors after the query has been summarized and all required information has been obtained from relevant parties.
