Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Manager/F&B supervisor located in Western Cape, South Africa. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, maintaining quality standards, handling customer inquiries and complaints, coordinating staff schedules, and ensuring a safe environment. Additional duties include managing inventory, supporting team members, and implementing operational policies and procedures.

- Ability to manage inventory and resources
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards
