Position: Food and Beverage Manager

Position Summary

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible to control and supervise the running of the bar and catering, within agreed budgetary limits and parameters of the law thus ensuring that the preparation, presentation and serving of food and associated products comply with the required standards. The position is directly responsible for providing supervision of all kitchen and bar staff and assisting in training & development of subordinates and applying the relevant principles to ensure that the needs of members, guests and other customers are consistently met and exceeded in terms of quality, speed of delivery, safety, health and the environment.
