Atlantic Beach is currently looking for a Restaurant Manager to:
- Monitoring and overseeing of all food and beverage outlets.
- Management by walkabout assessing performance of all outlets.
- Plan, monitor & execute daily operation, banqueting set-ups & function requirements
- Overseeing stock takes and ensuring desired margins are met.
- Responsible for Operating Equipment
- Maintaining health, hygiene and cleaning standards
- Ensure that Budget GP% for food and Beverage are achieved.
- Manage Members/Guests experience.
- Resolve issues timeously.
