Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy, governance, compliance, company management.
- Financial Performance, Staff leadership and development.
- Financial Management: Strong knowledge of financial principles and experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Operational Management: Proficiency in managing day-to- day operations, implementing technological solutions for facilities, equipment, and staff scheduling.
- Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of statutory legislation and regulations relevant to estate and company management.
- Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the agreed long-term vision and goals.
- Vendor Management: Skills in managing relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
