General Manager – KZN

A prestigious club in KwaZulu Natal is looking for an experienced GM to join their team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business management, financial management, information technology, hospitality and operations. Strong Industry knowledge and experience is critical

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy, governance, compliance, company management.
  • Financial Performance, Staff leadership and development.
  • Financial Management: Strong knowledge of financial principles and experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Operational Management: Proficiency in managing day-to- day operations, implementing technological solutions for facilities, equipment, and staff scheduling.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of statutory legislation and regulations relevant to estate and company management.
  • Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the agreed long-term vision and goals.
  • Vendor Management: Skills in managing relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
