Bryanston Country Club

• The overall responsibility for all golf operation activities at the Club.
• The management of all golf carts, caddies, starting the field and marshalling the field.
• Management of all administration related to golf bookings, members’ events, tournaments, visitors’ golf and corporate days.
• The management of budgets and financial reporting for the Trophy Fund
• A close working relationship with golf course maintenance management for course set up.
• A close working relationship with pro shop retail supplier (an outsourced service)
• Attendance and reporting at weekly/monthly meetings with Golf Director
• The ability to communicate with members at a professional level
• The ability to create and maintain a good Club atmosphere and to build on this
• To assist Club in taking its operation to a higher level and building on new relationships

• Must have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar management / operations position in the golf industry
• Must enjoy working in an outdoor environment.
• Must have reliable transport.
• Must play the game and have a passion to grow the game.
• PGA Membership beneficial

THE SALARY IS NEGOTIABLE AND WILL BE COMMENSURATE WITH THE LEVEL OF CANDIDATE ACCEPTED FOR THE POSITION.
