Indalo Hotels & Leisure is looking to fill the role of Director of Golf.
The Director of Golf is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the golf operation and services, including the pro-shop, golf range, golf services areas, and golf cart operation. This includes managing, developing, controlling, planning, directing, and coordinating all aspects of the golf business both tactically and strategically. The Director of Golf must provide a clear vision for the strategic direction of the golf business, identify additional sales and marketing opportunities, ensure customer service excellence is consistently delivered, and maximize revenues and profitability. They will be responsible for overseeing the operations of Ba-Phalaborwa and Skukuza golf clubs and for arranging golf days, competitions, and seeking corporate business development opportunities for the golf operations.
