The Food and Beverage Director is responsible to maximize sales turnover and revenue by consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations, fostering employee engagement, and maintaining a strong focus on quality and efficiency. Ensure continual improvement on guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing financial performance in all areas of responsibility.
Plan, direct and oversee the overall operations of the restaurant and related services, including administration for exceptional guest experience. Manage FOH managers and restaurant services & functions through meticulously looking after guests and operations in a timely manner and efficiently resolving any problems, queries or deviation from normal operations for clients and staff.
When necessary, escalate queries to the relevant directors after the query has been summarized and all required information has been obtained from relevant parties.
