The Golf Shop Manager at Pretoria Country Club (PCC) will be responsible for managing all
operations within the golf shop, ensuring exceptional service for members and guests while
maintaining a welcoming, member-centric environment. This position will report directly to PCC
management while being employed by Global Golf Retail. The ideal candidate will have a
balanced background in retail management, hospitality, and golf course operations, and will
proactively contribute to enhancing the member experience at PCC. The manager will need to
demonstrate excellent leadership qualities, a charismatic and approachable demeanour, and a
deep understanding of both retail and hospitality industries within a golf course setting.
