Position: Sport & Racket Club Manager
Salary – Negotiable
Sport & Racket club manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a racket club, which may include tennis and paddle courts. They are in charge of managing staff, scheduling court reservations, organizing tournaments and events, maintaining facilities and equipment, and ensuring a positive experience for homeowners, club members and guests.
Some specific duties of the position may include:
- Hiring, training, and supervising staff,
- Developing and implementing club policies and procedures
- Creating and managing the club’s budget and financials
- Marketing and promoting the club to attract new members and increase revenue (also responsible for bookings)
- Maintaining and upgrading facilities and equipment
- Planning and organizing tournaments, leagues, and other events
- Resolving member complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensuring the safety and security of club members and staff
- Building relationships with vendors, sponsors, and other community partners
