Copperleaf currently has two vacancies available;
Finance Manager
- Oversee the strategic implementation of the financial functions of the group and provide leadership to the finance and operations business units to ensure that they operate efficiently and comply with applicable laws and company policies.
- Drive the strategic planning and management, of the group’s financial performance.
- Oversee the full accounting function, Risk and compliance management as well as cash flow management are some of the primary responsibilities.
- Present financial information to senior management, including attending and presentation to the Board of Directors.
- Building and maintaining relationships with service providers including financial institutions and municipality
- Oversee annual budget planning and preparation.
- Ensure that effective internal control systems and financial reporting processes are in place.
- Ensure Tax and relevant regulatory compliance
Operations Manager
- The Operations Manager will be responsible for the efficient management and operation of Copperleaf’s Homeowners Association. This includes but not limited to overseeing Maintenance, aesthetics, Security, Building Control, Administrative functions as compliance, health & safety, law enforcement and ensuring that the estate remains a desirable and harmonious community for all residents.
