Vacancy: Golf Operations – Booking & Administration Assistant
Purpose of Position: Responsible for performing clerical and admin tasks within an office setting to support daily operations.
Duties include administration assistance to the Golf Operations office, including monitoring the phone, welcoming visitors and members to golf operations. Responsible for golf bookings to the online booking system, received via phone or walk-in inquiries, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and invoiced as necessary. As assistant to the Membership Liaison, all membership and general inquiries are followed up as necessary.
Admin assistance to the Golf Manager and Membership Liaison with necessary operations of their respective areas.
The position reports directly into the Golf Manager and Membership Liaison.
The ideal candidate should have experience in the golf and hospitality environment, excellent clear, communication skill both written and spoken. Knowledge of the MS office suite is essential. Experience in financial control, membership as well as an understanding of golf is preferable.
Training will be provided on the CRM system.
A high level of integrity, accuracy and confidentiality is required.
The hours of work will be 7am – 3pm Tuesday to Friday and 7am – 12pm on Saturday.
